Rapid Exams makes every effort possible to ship your order the same day as ordered. Our long time customers love our track record of doing so, her are some possible reasons why an order might be shipped out on the original date of the order:
A. Ground Order Cut-off time is 3:30 PM CST: If your order comes in after the cut-off it might not ship until the next business day.
A1.Special Freight Requests Order CUT-OFF times vary depending on which warehouse and their time zone the order ports from
(Usually **11:30 CST) this includes all Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders via UPS delivery options.
**ORDER EARLY**
B. All orders placed on the weekend, our shipping clerk or the warehouse will ship out your order on the next business day.
C. All orders placed on a holiday in which REI is closed, the order will be shipped the next business day that we are in the office.
D. ***Winter Weather Policy*** during inclement weather, your shipment may be delayed, per notice from UPS you will be notified
Rapid-Exams Inc. observes the following holidays as (Closed for Business): New Years Day/EVE, MLK Day, Good Friday (Easter), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Eve/Day/After, Christmas Eve/Day/After. REI observes any and all National Federal Holidays as recognized by the US government. (if your Post Office is closed, usually we are as well)
Normal hours of Sales/Services and Operations are Monday-Friday 8a.m. to 4p.m. Central Daylight Time
